This course is designed to provide users with an understanding of the purchasing functionality of Unit4 ERP. Attendees will learn the fundamentals of the procurement process from Requisition entry through to GRN entry.

  • Budget Checking (is this relevant)
  • Requisition Approval

• What happens when a Requisition is fully approved
• Goods receipt
• Requisition administration – Substitute Approver
