These are our terms and conditions in relation to the provision of Training Services, please ensure you read them carefully. If you have any queries, please direct them to training@h-itc.net.
To reserve your place on a course, a valid purchase order number must be submitted prior to the scheduled training date. If a quote is required, please inform training@h-itc.net and one will be provided.
Invoices will be raised after the scheduled training date and are subject to our standard payment terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations received no less that 7 days prior to the scheduled training date.
We reserve the right to change or cancel course dates at our discretion without any liability to ourselves, by our giving you no less than 7 days’ notice of our intention to do so.
Courses may be cancelled in cases of under-subscription.
